q 13 means you need 16 in hammer mastery for max damage... the worst req for an hammer of course...

It's a very manly hammer thats for sure, so you might get 10-15 plat IMO

ya that's what i meant. i was speaking about critical dmg of course, so 16 in hammer mastery for a q 13
